We strongly suggest that if you are ordering a puzzle with dark colors in it that you coat the puzzle with a fixative when you receive it. This will help to set the inks and dies in the puzzle. Fixatives can easily and inexpensively be purchase one at your local craft shop and can and will prevent scratching.*
